Boost and Sponsored profiles
Boost lets an accountant on the Firm plan move their profile higher in Accmeet search results for one skill, chosen once a month. Clients see a boosted profile marked Sponsored, so a paid placement is never mistaken for an ordinary result.
Boost changes where a profile appears in a search. It never changes the trust score, the rating or the Verified badge.
01
What Sponsored means, if you are hiring
- The accountant chose to promote this skill. They are on the Firm plan and picked it for this month.
- They still had to qualify. A sponsored profile matches your search, has a service live on Accmeet, and has a trust score of at least 50.
- It cannot jump the queue. A boost cannot put a profile ahead of one that is clearly stronger, and no page shows more than 3 boosted profiles.
- Everything else is unchanged. Every other result sits where it would without any boost.
02
Using Boost, if you are an accountant
- Pick one skill. Boost comes with Firm. You choose the skill in Settings, and it stays set until the 1st of next month.
- It switches on when you qualify. You need a trust score of 50 and a service live on Accmeet, both of which come from completed, well-rated jobs.
- It works when clients search that skill. Your card carries the Sponsored mark everywhere while the boost is live.
- A crowded skill lifts each profile less. The more accountants boost the same skill, the smaller the lift for each.
03
What Boost is not
- Not first place for sale. No amount buys a fixed position.
- Not hidden. Every boosted profile is marked Sponsored, for every viewer.
- Not the directory. Browsing accountants without a search never moves anyone.
- Not for audits. Audit work goes through CA exclusive, by invitation, and no one can pay to be shown for it.
- Not a promise of work. Boost improves visibility. It does not guarantee enquiries or jobs.
